Each author will be seated with a facilitator and a maximum of six registrants.  Please note your first FIVE choices, with "1" as your first choice, by selecting an author from each choice below.  When you have selected your desired authors, click on "Add to Cart".  Registration confirmation will note the author with whom you will be seated.

 

NOTE: If you have already paid your Annual Meeting Registraion and Checked out follow the following instructions:

  1. Fill out this online form, and click "Add To Cart".
  2. In your shopping cart, select the standard "Checkout" button (not PayPal or Google).
  3. Complete Checkout page and for your Payment Method select Other.  This will allow you to checkout with a zero dollar payment.
