*NOTE: If you have filled out one of the above forms already for the 2011-2012 membership year, you do not need to fill them out a second time. Please proceed to fill out the registration form below, in the 2011-2012 "Dues Payment" drop-down menu on the form select 'I applied/renewed membership today' or 'I have already paid 2011-2012 dues,' and add this form to your cart.

Hotel & Travel Notice: Registering for the SJE 2012 Annual Meeting does not include hotel and lodging. For more information on making Hotel Reservations please go the "Hotel & Travel" page, which is in the drop down menu of the "Annual Meeting" tab. To receive a discounted rate, hotel reservations must be made by December 1, 2011.
NOTE: If you are Applying for Membership and Registering for the Society of Jewish Ethics 2012 Annual Meeting, and /or registering for Breakfast with an Author please read the following instructions***:
***Complete the New/Renew Membership Application first, select Add to Cart, within your cart select Continue Shopping, and then Register for the 2012 Annual Meeting. If you are registering for Breakfast with an Author, Register for the 2011 Annual Meeting, click on "Add to Cart", go to the "Breakfast with an Author" page, select your top FIVE choices, and click on "Add to Cart". During this process you can select View Cart and/or Checkout in the "MY CART" box at the top left of each page. When you have completed the Membership Application, Annual Meeting Registration, and/or Breakfast with an Author selections, then you can select Checkout, which will allow you to checkout all items at one time for your convenience.
NOTE: BREAKFAST WITH AN AUTHOR REGISTRANTS
To see the days that all authors are presenting, go to the "Breakfast with an Author" page in the drop-down menu of the Annual Meeting tab.
Cancellations prior to December 1st will be refunded less a $10 administration charge. Cancellations after December 1st will NOT be refunded.
