REFUNDABLE:  $129.00 /NIGHT FOR SINGLES, DOUBLES, $139.00/NIGHT FOR TRIPLE & QUADRUPLE OCCUPANCY.  

NON-REFUNDABLE/PREPAID: $115.00/NIGHT FOR SINGLES, DOUBLES, $125/NIGHT FOR TRIPLE & QUADRUPLE OCCUPANCY.

There is no paper/online form to reserve your hotel room.  Attendees have until December 1, 2010, to make their reservations.  Rooms are limited so book early.  Rates apply to the dates of the conference and the 3 days following.  If you wish to extend your stay outside these dates, you will need to book a separate  reservation on the Website or contact the hotel directly.
